Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide, in particular your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent; where the communication concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis may also be steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or performance of a contract.

Recipients and retention

Data is accessible only to authorised persons and technical service providers to the extent necessary for hosting and e-mail communication. We retain data only for as long as necessary to handle the communication and subsequently to the extent required by legal obligations or necessary for the protection of legal claims.

Form protection

To limit misuse of the form, we use technical security measures including CSRF protection, anti-spam controls and request rate limiting. For this purpose, the IP address is not stored in readable form; a one-way hash is used.

Google Maps

Google Maps is not loaded automatically. A connection to Google is established only after you click the button on the Contact page. From that moment, Google may process technical information about your device and connection under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

The public website does not use marketing or analytics cookies before an active choice by the visitor. The administration area uses an essential session cookie after login. If technologies requiring consent are added in the future, they will be activated only after the appropriate consent.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data and, where applicable, to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
